Lot of running!!!

Ran a total of 18 miles this week for my milage. It was split into two 3 mile runs each lasting 32 min then tonight I ran 12 miles in 2:38 which is not as fast as I would like but for a training run not too bad. Still training for the KC Marathon in Oct can't wait. Finally got my medal for the 15K Bara Desert run. It looks pretty cool Ill try and get a pic up in the next few days. Heres to a new week of training. Night all!!!

And it begins!!!

I have been kinda of slacking off since right before christmas and just doing some one milers to keep my legs warm for my PT test for school. Now that that feisco is over I can concentrate on training 100% Got one more week left before I hit my half marathon training run as far as the distance for the rest of this month on sat is my cross day so I will go back and fourth between swimming and riding on a spin bike in the gym here on post. Starting in feb till I go home I will be doing 2 a days so Mon will be like swim run then Tues. will be bike run the swim run then off then long run then swim and bike and sun off. Something like that. Here is my races for the 2012 season. Its getting close to game time!!!! Getting excited!!!
