2 hard miles

Hello all after taking a day break after my PT test I am back to it. I ran 2 hard miles today at a slow pace to get back in it. My shins were bothering me very bad so this is why I did 2 istead of my usal 3. I also did 3 sets of 15 push ups and 3 sets of 20 situps. So here is to a great day of trainning.
